Develop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget 

Long Range Plan (LRP) (5years); 

Marketing Plan (Annual); 

Production Plan Reporting (Annual with monthly update) 

Implement, Monitor and control the marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve sales objectives 

KOL development and management 

Set-up the Sales force training of product 

Responsibility of A&P 

Management / co-ordination 

Develop and implement marketing plans and take actions accordingly; 

Gain understanding and endorsement of marketing plan from company Western and domestic licensors or partners; 

Manage the budget within agreed limits; 

Involve medical marketing, marketing research, sales, regulatory affairs, manufacturing and external agencies in the development of products strategies and implementation; 

Make sure the sales forces reps get optimal product and environment knowledge.

Market Intelligence 

Lead and coordinate in-depth local market research and maintain up-to-date competitive and health care environment knowledge; 

Keep abreast key opinion leaders’ practice trend and thoughts; 

Planning and implementation of marketing strategy for the respective products 



Minimum bachelor degree 

Major in medical or related medicine science 

Experience & knowledge: 

At least 3-5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry 

MBA or other business field 

Fluent in English
